Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

All sales of final sale items (including sale/discounted candles) are non-refundable.
